We Ordered our Snuggies on Line...The order came up way more than we expected so at the time we called actually got a live person(which you can not now)and got things fixed...They charged our account the right amount and we thought we were done...Now Three Weeks later they charge us for another amount. I see this as Stealing and I am not real happy about it but can not get back to anyone all their lines are automated. So I see this as Hiding. We love the Blankets but sorry about this we got screwed real good... read full review »
