I, arrived at churches chicken on park blvd in pinellas park, florida at approximately 1:30pm on 7/13/09 to purchase take out lunch. During the process of my order i decided to use the restroom facilities. on an attempt to enter the mens restroom it was discovered by me that there was a customer unresponsive lying behind the resroom door.
