Ordered trial products but cancelled online and over the phone after 2 weeks. For over 5 months I have called and emailed to cancel these two products but to no avail, I even have the confirmation numbers to prove that I cancelled but the customer service reps always say the same thing "I'm sorry m'am, there is no record of your cancelling the product". This is a scam and it's forcing me to close my checking account because they are allowed to get away with this kind of business. Karma can suck AWR, watch out. read full review »
