on 1-3-09 i called direct tv to inquire about my bill the representative name ashanti employee number 427901290 took my call for some reason she started fumbling with boxes to see which ones were not activated and by mistake turned off my home box in my living room yes there is a past due amount on the bill which is due by the 16th of the month per direct tv bill i was sent i called back to have thme turn my box back on and to this day it is not back on i spoke with a somecall supervisor to explain the situation and i was informed they wewe sorry but there was nothing they could do. he stated he did not know what she was doing but it read full review »
