I have lived in my condo for 2 years and NEVER before had problems with mail. I am repeatedly getting other neighbors mail and I assume they are getting mine as I have been late on some payments because I have NEVER receieved the bill until I receive a phone call or a late notice. I was sent a survey recently on my service and I stated such in the response but obviously no one reads them!!! This is unacceptable!!
