If you need to contact GHS I have found the following information: They dont answer emails. They do respond to faxes. The fax number is 001 ( for USA) 3104960578 You have to request a returned materials authorisation form which you then need to fax back and then they will email you a RMA number which you will have to put on the outside of your envelope and you have to remember to put the original packaging back in.
