We had Rain Soft come out and install the entire water system May 2002.. We were looking forward to having clean fresh drinking water without the sulfa taste and smell. After 2-3 days it was put in, it did not work. We had people from Rain Soft come out over and over telling us story after story. We would have payed 3 times the cost to have good water. We were told it would work absolutely and that if there were any problems they would come out right away. Each time we called them, it was one lie after another.
