Little did I know when I purchased a so-called "free" CD about government grants online that I would be billed for $74.95! I called and cancelled the membership I didn't know about and was told that I would receive a refund in 10 - 15 business days. The next month, the exact same thing happened. And the next month, now something called grntprog has billed my credit for $29.99, which again, is absolutely unauthorized. And now when I try to call, they are conveniently closed for the day.
