My husband started receiving these weird "how to" videos for Microsoft Windows that he never requested and had never heard of. After the second shipment, I noticed a strange pending charge on his debit account, so I googled the phone number (since the dvds never came with a company name/phone number/invoice). Overnight Genius came up online. At about $80 per charge, he called today, conveniently enough after a new charge was pending for the previous day (that makes 3 total).
