I signed up for a trial period of 7 days that cost $3.88, which was debited from my account on 12/30/2008. They told me that it was in on 12/29/2008 and that is the day they go from for the trial period. I was to get a packet in the mail, which I did not receive. I called to cancel it today, 01/05/2009 and they tell me that my 7-day trial period was over yesterday, and there was New Years Day and New Years Eve in between there and also the weekend.
