After almost a year of trying to get my Loan modified I just found out today that we make enough money to cover all our monthly expenses; so Litton Loan tells us. Well I was laid off from work last August 08 and my husband is not working full time due to work slowing down. I have submitted to Litton loan our information numerous times starting in August 2008. Finally in March I was told that we were being considered for a loan modification because we still had income.
