First, they charged my card after I canceled it. I canceled because it didn't work. Second, they have not refunded the money they took in error. Third, I have tried for over a week to call the customer service number to find out why it hasn't been reversed and I either get hung up before the call goes through or I get a message that all circuts are busy and I will have to try later. read full review »
