I feel like I am being held hostage by Vontage. You can never cancel even if you did everything they asked like waiting two years. I have tried to cancel their service for over a year now but am always told they will charge me 39.99 to do that unless I wait two years. Well it is two year on 7/16 and I called today and they told me if I cancel today which is the 14th I will be charged a cancelation fee.
