BUYER BEWARE...I bought a Walmart Visa Cash Card thinking it would be safer to use online... wrong... you can't use it... I drove 30 miles into town to buy it... activated it... and it has been declined... when I call Walmart they say call the 877 number... when you call the 877 number that tell you to activated the card then says it is invalid... I am out 139.00 until this is fixed... I was trying to order a book for school that I need NOW... and the money is tied up... even if your life depends on it... you will die before you get this straightened out... read full review »
