DO NOT TAKE DIRECT TV's SERVICE! I was lied to by the customer service rep that I would not be locked into a contract. The installers went to the wrong address twice before finally arriving at the correct address on the 3rd attempt. Our bill came in and was larger than what was quoted on the phone. When I tried to pay the bill and cancel the service I was told that I would have to pay over $400 to cancel the contract. WHAT CONTRACT?
