Order was placed on May 20th for a clock radio. Item was double shipped and double invoiced. First item had several defects and was returned the next day. I have yet to get an actual reply or a refund. I have sent a total of eight emails to the customer service department, and only get automated replys that give a case number. The last reply even included a statement "in an endeavor to resolve your problem, your case has been escalated". This was received on May 1st and I have yet to get another response. read full review »
