Charges for sample product of $4.95 was authorized. But was billed $4.95 and $29.01. Two separate charges on credit card. Also did not get confirmation email of any transaction. I now believe that this is a ongoing program that will automatically bill me monthly. I have tried to contact XM Labs Hollywood CA but the phone automatically disconnects not allowing to reach anyone to talk to.
