I had a credit card through chase and united airlines for over 1 year closed it a couple of months ago. They can not find the account! Despite that it has a balance due to me only $19 but still why should chase get an extra $19 of mine? rep #1 on hold for 5 mins then transferred rep #2 also unable to help on hold for 10 mins in transfer rep #3 Not sure what to do transferring to a supervisor on hold for 10 minutes then disconnected called back directly on hold 7 mins rep #4 starts reading me information from an amazon... read full review »
