Don't get a loan from them! Once you have your loan, you are stuck and you will get NO help from Wells Fargo! If you call customer service 3 times in one day, and ask the same question all 3 times, you will get a different answer each time. I have applied 6 times for loan modification under the homeowners affordability and stability program...MANDATED by the US Government. They have NO record of me EVER applying!
