Cymax immediately charged my card the $600+ when I ordered four barstools. Delivery was predicted within two weeks, with tracking information promised as soon as items shipped. After about ten days I called to inquire about the status of the order, was told there was no information available, but was guaranteed a reply within 24 hours.
