I own an F250 which is having a turbo problem. The vehicle has 97, 000 miles on it and the motor has a 100, 000 mile warranty - so time is of the essence in getting this repaired under the warranty. I went to Battlefield Ford and was told that they refuse to work on my vehicle. Ford said that all dealerships are independent and can refuse service to anyone they want to.
