I received a charge of $10.08 on my home phone bill back in Feb. 2009 from this company. When I called to ask them what the charge was for - they gave me a line that I had ordered to increase my email to 1 Gig. I never ordered this - never used it - would never even have a need for it (let alone, hardly knew what they were talking about).
