I was ordering a free trial of their cosmetics and I ended up being sent make-up every month. I was put on a auto sending every month. When I returned their cosmetics I was given a tracking number and told my credit card would be credited. Instead I was charged another month of cosmetic's I did not even have and was told my return never was delivered.
