We have had several problems with Nationstar but this latest one takes the cake. Due to the economy we had no choice but to ask for a loan modification until we could get back on our feet and get things straightened out. And at first that seemed to be the ticket. The agent told us at first that with a loan modification an escrow account had to be attached.
