Back in Dec. of 2008 the bank that granted the loan for the purchase of my property transferred my account to Everhome Mortgage, by the time a letter was sent to notify the change, I have already paid that month to the primary bank. As soon Everhome noticed the payment in default, customer service began calling. I have made all the possible contacts to have that month paid to Everhome, but at this point of time in July, Everhome keeps calling asking for that payment.
