Ticket ID: 192538 Ticket ID: 185404 Mr. Jeff Smith & Scott Richards: Both of you have yet demonstrated your proven skill by misleading and and lying to a customer. Your last excuse was that my e-mail went to the spam folder so that I have been waiting about 5 months to see my problems resolved. Replayed again to you Jeff and "no feedback" Your excuses are various but always obvious. Antec Inc. a big enterprise company is scared by dealing with a $200 valued product. Antec Sonata Plus

Ticket ID: 185404, Mr. Jeff Antec Customer Support. Submitted a complaint regarding a computer case, Sonata Plus, which Antec states that it "keeps the dust out of it" but it does NOT! You can see from the attached picture that just above the intake fan the dust can freely go into the case damaging so expensive components. Mr. Jeff asked me to forward him some pictures regarding my complaint so to best assess the matter.
