Entered into a 5 year policy for home warenty service with a promise of a $250.00 gift card and a service charge of $45.00 per visit and a low price of $345.00 per year. I asked the sales person, about the 5 year policy, what if I was dissatified with there service if I could cancel the policy and he answered yes. Six month later they declined the goft card saying that I did not file correctly. I did file correctly. I phoned several times before and was told that my gift card was being processed.
