I wanted to try this porduct and for 5.95 I couldn't see the problem. When I received my credit card statement there was a 24.95 charge and a 64.95 charge. I was shocked! I tried for 3 days to call them but either was a no answer or busy. I finally got a hold of them and cancelled the whole works. I ended up eating the 24.95 and 64.95 but at least I was able to cancel the balance. By the way, the 24.95 is for a bottle of Acai Advanced and the 64.95 was to join their "club." I asked for a refund or for a RMA (their way of sending the product back) but was told to keep the bottle and would not be getting a refund. read full review »
