today july 14, 2009 received call from an Indian gentleman saying he was from Crime Monitoring Services and that i had a payday loan of 500.00 in nov 2008. he tole me that there was a hearing scheduled for july 15, 2009 art the courthouse and that investigators would be coming to my home to pick me up to go to court.
