On the website it advertises that with the premium pkg you get unlimited access to 100 million databases and you can search for unlimited information in those databases. Once you pay the premium amount of $42.89 for 5 year membership and attempt to use your package you then find out that they charge you $19.95 per month to access it! In the ad they say no hidden charges, and it is a one time fee. They are liars and something needs to be done about this fraud. I want my money back. I wrote them only minutes after I purchased and discovered this was a scam. read full review »
