I am using airtel prepaid from last 3 years. i decided to change it from prepaid to postpaid. I go to airtel shop in my city rewari.I submit my rationcard and pancard copies. The verification has came and every thing is all right .After 20 days they will bolck my outgoing by sending a sms that your verification is wrong.Than i went to same airtel shop from where i purchase sim and they will say me that they are not responsible for that and they are not able to help me also they misbehave with me.
