Is there any deposit or sim charges for a new Tata Docomo post paid connection. In the beginning the sales executives said there are no sim charges/activation charges/deposit but after collecting the documents they said that i need to pay Rs. 300 for sim card and then only it will get activated otherwise we will not be able to activate it.
