I ordered a free trial for Acaipure but immediately cancelled my membership both using their customer service line as well as through email. I also requested that they send a confirmation email to confirm that the membership was cancelled. Acaipure DID NOT give me any confirmation and I have discovered they ignored both cancellation requests and are continuing to charge my credit card WITHOUT my permission. I cannot even get in touch with a customer service agent to deal with the situation because every time I call, they say the wait is over almost an hour and a half long! read full review »
