Bought the free trial from Dazzle White for $1.95. After I received it in the mail I called on 6-22-09 to cancel and was given a cancellation number and told to mail back the free trial to a PO Box in Iowa which I did. Then on 7-7-09 they charged my debit card $58.76 to which I called again on 7-14-09 and was told I was charged because they hadn't received my trial offer in the mail yet.
