I received the "free trial" of Ivory Brites Whitening gel and within 2 weeks I was charged $88.97 for another shipment which I had not yet received. I contacted the company to cancel and was given a RMA number with which to return the product and receive full refund. My RMA number was 6164-135323899-2600. As of today (6 weeks later) I have still to receive my guaranteed refund. I returned the product unopened with the required RMA number on the package on June 1, 2009.
