I ordered 58.66 of products and have never received them. I paid thru Paypal and they are investigating. Be aware that this company seems to doing business as Allstate Beauty, Acqua Salone Systems, and Champ u Salon. There may be others. I have the guys name on my Paypal account and when I google it, it seems he is ripping others off as well. I filed a complaint with the BBS and the New York Attorney General. Wish someone had done his earlier so I would not be writing this today. One other thing Acqua Salone Sytems filed Chapter 11 on 6/26/2009. read full review »

Ordered $58.66 of hair products and never received anything. Have emailed them twice with no response and the phone number is useless. I paid thru paypal and have filed a complaint thru them as well as the better business bureau. Their website offers free shipping on orders over 50.00. They get you order over 50.00 and take your money. How can they still continue to have this website ripping people off? I have an order number from an email they sent but when you try to sign on using your email it says your account is not found. Someone needs to put a stop to this website! read full review »
