cannot go on the web site to cancel the "monthly shipment" and cannot reach any one over the phone, which according to the letter they send you is how to reach them. I was on hold on the phone for 20mn and never talked to there representative, so I left a message. Could not get to there Customer Service site on the web. as it would not come up.
