The experience date has been since we got DSL and phone with them. They have it so that they are the ONLY dialup and broadband ISP in this town. If you get dialup in the nearest next town (Auburn) then you would be charged long distance. They also overcharge. The service I have now for DSL is $40 a month. The SAME data rate and speed with other ISPs around California would only be $20-$25 a month. Their tech support is horrible.
