This place is close to my apartment building so I thought I would give them a try. It was a BIG MISTAKE! Before leaving my Gucci dress for dry cleaning I talked to their representative and asked if there is something can be wrong in cleaning this 100% cotton dress. CREST representative stated that they use SAFE chemicals. They ruined my dress!!! They stained and pressed it. I will never go back. Horrible experience!!! Be aware! read full review »
