I place an order June 10 and my payment was immediatly taken from my credit card. I have yet to receive any DVDs that I ordered and it is now July 15. I have tried numerous times to contact Planet DVD and they do not have a phone number. You can only submit an email. I have emailed them 2x and was told in the first email that my order shipped and I have yet to get it. I emailed them a second time and no one ever emailed me back. This website is a scam. They are very fast to take your money, but you cannot contact them via your convience, it is by their convience. read full review »
