Mr. Jeffery Caccasco of JCSI Certifed Roofing took a check for $15, 000.00 from us for roofing materials. He could not buy the roofing materials because his account was suspended by the roofing accounting department. Mr. Carrasco took the money anyway and NEVER delivered the roofing materials. He has not returned any of our money and continues to have liens and judgement on him and his company for not paying his bills or delivering his terms of a contract. He has changed his company name, moved around and put things in others names to avoid his customers and vendors. He is not a good person and continues to move through life cheating people. read full review »
