Call 4 to 5 times a week, go clear through the message and push 3 to be removed and the have talked to representative and asked to be removed and still do not remove me. Message says that their records show that your cars warranty is up, but then they don't have any records of any cars you own, you have to tell them what cars you own and then they ask for your VIN number of the car.
