I have called Network Comm. Intl Corp. 6 times since March 9th 2009 trying to get an credit of $10.37 issued to my phone bill. I was told the credit has been issued but it is sill on my July bill. I was charged $23.05 for less than a 4 minutes collect call. read full review »
