Ireceived a special assessement for $666.00 in June to be paid starting in July. I have owned at Club Regina, Puert Vallarta, Mexico for about 16 years and own outright. In that time my maintenance fees have gone up almost 40%. I was told at time of purchase by Mr. Jose Noe that the maintenace fees covered all maintenance and upgrades. I owned timeshares elsewhere and this has always been the case except for one in Florida that was hit by a hurricane and a small special assessment was made of everyone to repair some hurricane damage.
