I leased/purchases a couch from TRS/Cardi’s Furniture IN May of ’08. I was offered a 90-day same as cash option. The Couch to purchase at that time with tax was about 1900.00. I paid about 1580.00 before the 90 same as cash option was up. That left me owing about 480.00/ with finance charge additional. I then made 5 payments from August to December. At the rate of $279.00per month for an additional total of $1116.00. That made my total I had paid for this couch = $2696.00.
