I want my MONEY back. An unauthorized charge was made to my credit card. The phone number listed on my bank statement was contacted and the "rude" lady told me she had to cancell, as I reminded her I never had an account with them, she stated I did have an account with them. In order to obtain the much needed information from her I had to speak over her and she provided me with a cancellation number 261370 and told me to contact [email protected].
