In April 2009 I ordered the SBSMILE (South Beach Smile) free sample for $3.95. It burned my gums and it made my teeth very sensitive so I called to cancel the subscription prior to the 14 day time period. I was placed on hold and when I finally got through, the customer service representative said she was sorry and would take care of it.
