I got the C.D. for $1.99. in Jan 2009. I never used the C.D. and left it on my table. I notice on my C.C. bill a Charge for $94.89 in March. I checked the previous month and I was charged the same amount in Feb.I investigated it and found it was charge by IDS Grants. I called them up and they said the monthly charge was in the terms and Conditions of the membership and the monthly fee was $94.89. I told them I never used the service and I would like a refund.
