I spent $79.90 on something that did not solve my virus. My computer is slower than ever and I want to get a refund. I am unable to reach you on the phone as I have tried SEVERAL times. Please let me know what I need to do bc I am NOT satisfied with your product. I should have stuck with Norton Anti-Virus. I never have had any problems with them and the customer service is much better than yours! read full review »
