I purchased an anti-virus software program online from Herman St. The program is called BitDefender. Gradually my PC started to act up and get slower and slower. The program I use to connect to work stopped working. I didn't realize that BitDefender was the problem until I had tried all kinds of things. Once I uninstalled BitDefender my problems went away. It took me over 30 days to figure out my problem and then it was too late. Herman St. said I was not eligible for any refund since I had the product for 30 days.
